One email address, run by the people who write the pages. Here is what is worth sending and what we genuinely cannot help with.
The address#
This is the only contact channel for this site. There is no live chat, no phone line, no Telegram group and no WhatsApp number. Anyone offering you those in our name is not us.
Worth writing about#
The most useful messages we get are corrections. Interfaces get redesigned, fees change, and rules differ by country in ways we cannot check one at a time.

A screenshot no longer matches the real interface
Tell us which page, and roughly what is different now. Every screenshot here is dated for exactly this reason — when it drifts, we want to know.

Something is factually wrong
A fee band, a limit, a step that no longer exists. Quote the sentence if you can, so we can find it quickly.

A route works differently where you live
This is the single hardest thing for us to verify and the most valuable thing to receive. If a payment method behaves differently with your bank or in your country, that is worth telling us.

A step got you stuck and the page did not cover it
Gaps are worth as much as errors. If you hit something and could not find the answer here, that is a page we should be writing.
What we cannot help with#
We would rather tell you now than leave you waiting for a reply that cannot help.

Passwords. Verification codes. Seed phrases or recovery phrases. Photographs of identity documents. Screenshots showing your balance or holdings.
We will never ask for any of them, and there is no situation in which we need them in order to answer a question. Anyone who does ask you for these — whatever name they use — is trying to take your money.
If somebody contacts you claiming to be us#
They are not. To be completely unambiguous about it:
- This site has no support agents, account managers, mentors or community moderators.
- We never initiate contact. We only reply to email you send first.
- We run no group chats, and we will never invite you to one.
- We will never ask you to send funds anywhere, for any reason.
What to expect#
This is a small site. Replies are not instant, and a message that needs us to go and verify something may take a while. Corrections get applied to the page whether or not we manage to reply individually — the fix matters more than the acknowledgement.
If you email us, we then have your email address, because that is unavoidable. We use it to reply and for nothing else, and it goes on no list. See the privacy page.
